Your payment should be received within 48 hours. If not so, we allow another 48 hour period of restriction. If until then, we did not hear anything from the buyer, the order will be automatically cancelled.
We politely ask you to consider our policies before you place your order.

We ship all our items with the best attempts concerning safety and waiting periods. Due to the sometimes time consuming process of making and creating our made to order items, it can take up to 10 days until the order will be shipped. Please allow another another 3-5 days within Europe, and at least 7-14 days for all international shippings to arrive in your lovely home.
Within Europe we ship all our items the cheapest (but safest) way. If you would like to upgrade, please let us know in advance and we will do our best to give you an exact amount of the shipping costs as soon as possible.
